Loz,

We all need your wisdom and very much appreciate all you do. But, we can all wait awhile for you to make us millionaires!! ;)

I found out late last year that I had prostate cancer. Fortunately I had sucessful surgery. :D I am obsessive/compulsive about work, finances, etc. But, I finally figured out that I wanted to be around to spend a lot of years with my family, especially my grandsons. I am now back to jogging and working out. I feel so much better, and I am a lot more fun to be around.

Cool your jets, we'll still be here.

Loz,

Sorry to hear that your under the weather.

I find it hard at times to walk away from my computer.
My dog always knows when I need to take a break.
He comes up and nudges my arm and lets me know that its time to take him for a walk.
After a 20 minute walk my mind and body are refreshed for some work, plus my dog is also happy...
My dog does this once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

I always close shop at 5pm Monday thru Friday...
After 5 o'clock and on the weekends, its my time to enjoy life. :D

Hey curt, yup, I hear ya mate,

I do normally as well, but I've got quite a few projects on the go that coincide with seo website builder pro, and my so called Business Partner is being a pain in the butt lately and not doing his own fair share and I'm having to do most of this on my own.

Any ways up, feeling a lot better today, I did some exercises that I was taught last time I had problems with my back and I think it's something to do with my right hip joint out of whack, cos it jolted as I put back into place... What was strange was that if I sat in a kinda Joga position with my feet pulled into my groin, while knees were pushed outwards, I was ok, pain went away, If I moved my left leg to its straight position again I was ok, but moving my right leg straight, back came the pain right under my left knee. So I figured it to be my hip joint / disc displacement or something and after putting it back into place, pain has somewhat subsided. Still twitches every now and then, but definitely not as bad as it once were.
