Hey Loz,

kind of a tricky questions because I create sites and write articles based on factors such as
high paying keywords, niches where the traffics is most likely paying traffic and longtail stuff
where searches are generally high and competition low. So, I am all over the map and not generally locked into
one type of niche or another other than to build LSI type niches.

I will say that I recommend trend niches. Anything associated with the growing baby boom generation:
