I'm looking for a Joint Venture programmer in PHP, CSS, DHTML, and possibly others, and must have tracking statistical experience (with optional graphical charts to display data), secure transaction, ie, with paypal or credit card experience , import and export from 3rd party sources and ability to knnow how to incorporate a members area that has a tiered commission, or credits bonus and payout system.

I know this sounds ominous, but these are the basic criteria. And believe, when I say there are very few of these services around which is very much needed, and that I know a lot of people as well as with a community that has over 1400 people who are dieing to have a resource such as this who are charging more than $49.97 a month for. For the past 18 months or so, there are not that many of this kind in existence.

I'm also looking for a FULL Time Marketer, Viral, Social Marketing Networker and a VERY experienced PPC Advertiser with Adwords, Yahoo, MSN Adcenter.


Share of site revenues:

Programmer: Receives 12% of overall sales generated per month. (Requires this person to be on the ball and fix bugs, do upgrades, etc as when needed - fully signed NDA [non-discloser agreement] contract MUST be signed via Fax).

Full Time Marketer, Viral, Social Marketing Networker: Receives 5% EXTRA on commissions earned above the normal non-joint venture status, PLUS 50cents per sign-up (after) for customers that are subscribed for longer than 3 months (12 weeks). fully signed NDA [non-discloser agreement] contract MUST be signed via Fax.

Experienced in Adwords, MSN Adcenter, Yahoo (combined ONLY), receives an extra 25% on commissions earned above the normal non-joint venture status, PLUS $1.25 per sign-up (after) for customers that are subscribed for longer than 2 months (8 weeks). fully signed NDA [non-discloser agreement] contract MUST be signed via Faxed.


This is not the only venture I have in mind, there are MANY other projects that I would like to get up and running ASAP.
