You mean that I shall remove this

5) Also, you haven't applied the title tag to your onpage links and header tags.

I didn't understand this so much but do you mean that I don't have my title words in the header (I don't have registry cleaner in the header) and the links on the page, you mean like having regcure registry cleaner download instead of just download?

Yes, I believe you do not need hte revisit tag. As for the title attributes, I meant on the lines of this....

ie - <a href="http://www.mysite.com/index.php" title="Descriptive Anchor Text Here"><b>Link Anchor Text Here</b></a>

One of my sites seems to be sinking at the minute. I have made a few onpage changes to see if that helps, but I'm not counting on it. Other sites with NO backlinks are whizzing past me. I'm thinking it may be that I need to change my linking structure. God knows. Frustrating though.

Internal... I have been digging deeper, and I think it is down to content. I just need to keep adding unique content and build up my sites pages. I'm going to do what Loz has suggested, and add a couple of new pages to my site every week, and then link them up, to increase user experience.

Back to the drawing board... i'll report my progress on here.. and if I find any changes that have a positive effect, i'll be sure to post on here. Think i'll start a new topic called, Progress. We can post our actions and progress on there.

Loz, Yes I am watching the videos, they are great. I watched video 5 and will watch video 6. I think I have to watch over. I don't understand that with the divs, css part. Don't know how to appy that.

So as I understand, I must have the keyword phrase I want to rank for many times in the content?...I am starting to understand things a little now

Andy as much as I know content is good. I am adding new page every day, with an article. I don't know if my internal linking is right, but I have down at the bottom of my home page a link to my article page. In my article page I have just anchor links like spyware articles, registry related articles etc. when you click one of this categories you come to a page where you can see title of the articles with a link and than you comes to the article itself.

Another thing still don't know if this is right, in each of my article, in the content I have registry cleaner as anchor text pointing to the homepage once.

I am little bit of confused. The body on my homepage starts like this:

Now which one will you make h1 and do you think I should change it, maybe to have the word Registry Cleaner in it?

You need to start your page off with the words 'Registry Cleaner' within your main tagline. Then make them a H1, and also incoude the title attribute which I told you about. Make sure you include 'registry cleaner' a few times throughout your main content. Try and get it in at the start and end of your paragrahs (on some), and include related keywords. Do some research to find out what these are.

1. Your title tag is ok.
2. Your description needs work, more keywords/related keywords
3. re-do your site in DIV tags, HTML tables are too heavy. Remove font styles, use CSS instead.
4. add a nofollow to the link "click here". On this page http://www.registryheal.com/Downloads/download.html
and the word "here" further down.

5. add more content, make your site known as if it's one that knows what it's talking about, not enough pages to be considered as an authority site on the matter of registery cleaning, fixing pc problems, etc.
Computing is a large area, so you have plenty to write about.

That's all there is to say about your site, other than get more backlinks, more backlinks and content you have, wins the day.
