SEO Website Builder Pro - Squidoo Lens

Postby Loz on Fri Mar 28, 2008 12:08 pm

Hey all,

Anyone care to help rate my squidoo lens, not the lens itself, but the product, 5 stars would be great. :) Stars located at the top...
Cheers.

Done.

Also, I have a suggestion. I've got a 22" monitor, and when I go to your lens, all that is visible vertically of YOUR content is "SEO Resources" and the three links you have there. You don't see any of the Builder info at all; just a lot of white space. I took a screenshot of my active window to show you what I mean, but I guess I can't attach files here. Anyway, you have to scroll down to find the SEO Website Builder information, and unless you know it's there, you probably wouldn't do that, thinking the three visible links are all that's there. And I believe I know why. If someone is a Squidoo MEMBER, the vertical column, "More Pages by Me," has member-specific information that elongates it, which moves your Builder info further down the page. If a non-member visits the page, the Builder info is visible without scrolling.

I suggest you redo your lens so the Builder info is in-frame right away. The problem probably has something to do with your placement of the "SEO Website Builder V3" graphic. If you put it next to your Builder text, it's probably forcing that info to be placed beneath the "More Pages by Me" column. Maybe if you placed that graphic elsewhere, or eliminated it, that would change the layout so that the Builder info would appear immediately below the three "SEO Resources" links when a Squidoo member visits, visible without having to scroll for it.

BTW, tried it in both IE7 and Firefox with the same result.

Hope that's helpful.

Thanks, but not sure what you mean mate, I can see it just fine.

The 3 resources are at the top, then 3 images below that; install once, configure once, auto pilot engaged.
Then under that is the text.

Just trying to be helpful. If that's how it looks for me, that's probably how it looks to at least some others, too.

I appreciate that bud, can you show me an image of what it looks like your end? imageshacks allows you to upload the image.

Thx bud.

Click on the left photo. It will open but not to full size. Over on the right-upper area of the page, there's a "view full-size" button.

Right, that's what it looks like my end too, that's the way it just came out, nothing I can do about it mate, people will, at least I hope, have to use their initiative and use the scroll bar, at least that's why I think it's there... to scroll down a page. :D
