Hi Loz,

I find that when using IAW Pro, it will "Fetch" the information I need really quickly. It "Parses" that information fine. But when I get to the point of it "Processing" the information... it takes a REALLY long time. Every once in a while when I does finish, it will show "Done", but have no results listed. Do you know what might be the cause of this?

Also, when do you find it best to use "Loose Matching" and when NOT to use it?

are you type in "are, is, can" etc at the end of the keyword phrase?

Yeah, I do that and everything up to the "Processing" part works just fine. But once it gets that point, it slows down... for instance, it will hang at around 12%, 26%, or 33% for the longest time.

Hmm, maybe it's an ISP issue, or a server issue, I'm not really sure bud... get in contact with Amin, Jon's support guy, they'll help ya bud.
