Is there a way in WCW to filter out data, when importing from folders, that I've already stored into blocks so that I don't end up having duplicates?

duplicate content doesn't really matter if you're using it to post to article directories. And if you have enough sentences, like 1000+ the chances of having the same sentence used again is slim.

Other than that, use the thesaurus to change synonyms on the fly as content is created.

Opps, I see what you mean now... no, if you add articles into a folder on your hard drive for the first time, place them in a folder like I do marked (articles to import) = folder 1. (articles imported already) = folder 2. Then once you import your articles from folder 1, move them over to folder 2.

Yeah, I thought about doing that too... moving article from folder #1 to folder #2.

However, the problem that I was running into was this: I have a folder with 6 articles about "Affiliate Marketing". Each article was over 1200+ words in length.

I imported the entire folder in order to sort them into blocks. I ended up with a boatload of sentances to work through and sort. This was late in the evening when I started my sorting and eventually Shut Down my PC.

The next morning when I got back into my project, I had to import the articles again and found that ALL of the articles extractions (including the ones I had already sorted) had been imported.

It would be great if there was a feature in WCW that would when you open a set of blocks in a sub-category, that it could recognize a sentance that had already been loaded into a block and prevent that sentance from being loaded into the block again, especially if you select 10-20 sentance at a time.

In the meantime, I suppose it would be best to import folders with only a couple of articles at a time and make sure you sort them into all your blocks in one session.

That's right, once you import them, you don't need to import them again, they are saved into your projects profile settings.

Sure I guess that idea would be good, but practically wouldn't be a good idea since it would slow the PC down a lot and could even crash the pc since there's so much processing going on. Like, imagine if you had like 3,ooo - 10,ooo sentences like my projects have, man, that would take ages to re-scan those.

When I get tired, I tend to jot down a note on a post it and stick it to the pc so I don't forget.

BTW, did you hear that Website Content Wizard version 3 is going to be released soon.

That's cool... do you have any inside information on any new features?

I haven't asked him. Prolly working on the way it retrieves content and how it parses it, amongst some other stuff I guess.

Do you have a general rule-of-thumb that you follow when sorting your data into blocks?
