Hey Loz,
I have been receiving your emails with the video site that you use to distribute your vids to. My question is do you submit basically for the backlinks, direct traffic or both? Also do you use the same vid to submit to all of the sites?

Yup, for backlinks and traffic. yup, same video. Then I do another with either a shorter version of it, or completely different vid.
