WWW and Non WWW

Postby cornerstone » Thu Feb 12, 2009 7:50 pm

Loz,
I normally put a blog in its own directory like this /blog in the cpanel fantasico install

For a new site I am going to flip for profit I put the blog on the front end
www.usedhamradioequipment.com

I got it indexed pretty quickly but its only indexed as
http://usedhamradioequipment.com and not www

Do you have any thoughts as to why it is not www
I can only think it has something to do with the way I set up the site
Should I have installed the blog like this /www in fantastico ?

Thanks
Jerry

why do you want a www? non-www is better.

the htaccess file has control over that.

I did it by accident
If it is better the way it is then I would like to repeat it over and over
