What page was you sent to once you filled in the form? tell a friend page, if you didn't tell any friends, then you wont get the ebook it does state this mate.

i did go back though to fill out the form for tell-a-friend, and i havent received the ebook. My aol is always filtering mail so that may be the problem...

before I found this thread....I submitted like 15 or 20 names....No book..
