Practical risks of liability from publishing articles?

Postby Light78 » Tue Oct 27, 2009 3:18 am

Hello,

I just purchased KE and was watching some of the videos created by Loz. Great stuff. My question; from a practical perspective, what is the risk of liability when you create webpage articles that give advice or information about potentially risky issues. For example Loz talked about mesothelioma and asbestos. Realistically what is the chance that someone could come back and try to sue you claiming they were harmed because of faulty or incorrect information you provided about medical or legal or any other issues.

Thanks,
Blake

Just put a disclaimer on your website to state that these are not professional medical advice and they should conduct more research and definitely advise to seek a professional M.D, etc, etc.
