Domain names - hyphens or no hyphens?

Loz, which is more SEO beneficial when you get a domain name that has more than one word as keywords, running it all together or using hyphens?

ie, fredastaireandgingerrogers.com, or fred-astaire-and-ginger-rogers.com

Or is it better to get both variations?

It doesn't really matter Sharon, they're both treated as the same. But I would concentrate on trying to keep the domain names as short as possible so they are easy to remember.
