Right, this post on Article Submission is for procedure for purely getting traffic and not thinking so much about back link building.

I've written an article with appropriate keyword phrase anchor text etc. etc. Now all I want from this article is traffic.
So, do I go to Article Submitter and blast it to all the Article Directories listed in the program? And then do the same with another 1,000 articles?
I know this breaks the rules for back linking, duplicate content and all that. By doing this, will it harm my site ranking is any way?
By doing this, will it bring a flow of traffic to the site? Or is this a waste of time and should follow careful back link building methods?

(By the way, I am submitting unique content articles to EzineArticles and following strict rules to build back links.)

Not Sure Steve. I was thinking of doing the same for a set purpose. Getting the message out in loads of article directories, and not for hte backlinks. I would submit the unique ones also for the backlinks as you suggested. Not sure about being penalised for sending so many of the same in one go? Loz will probs know about this.
